Refund policy

At Biz Boost DIY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital eBooks that are instantly delivered upon payment, we have a strict no-refund policy once the order has been completed.


1. No Refunds on Digital Products

  • All sales are final. Once your eBook is purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

  • This policy is in place because digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.


2. Exceptions — Technical Issues

We understand that technical issues can happen. You may be eligible for assistance (not a refund) if:

  • You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase.

  • The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened.

In these cases, we will work with you to resend the file or provide an alternative download method.


3. How to Request Help

If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase at info@bizboostdiy.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email used for the purchase

  • Description of the issue


4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same eBook more than once, contact us within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. We may issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.


5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without your permission, please contact us immediately at info@bizboostdiy.com. You should also report the issue to your bank or payment provider for further assistance.


6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
